Magus White, aged seventeen, a cycling star, was biking on the highway shoulder. And suddenly, as if it were foggy, a driver hit him. He ended up dying.

Magus White was a cyclist— in fact, the best one. He was cycling when a driver hit him on the highway in Boulder, Colorado.” Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of our beloved son, Magus White.” The parents of Magus White, Michael and Jill White, say on NPR: Magus was very important to his family and friends and liked to make them laugh. He started competing in cycling at the age of 8, only one year ahead of Liam Garner, who is 7! The White household has a family friend who set up a fundraiser to support the family. “Magnus was taken from us while doing what he loved most, riding his bike,” says Christine Lipson, the person who set up the fundraiser. Magus’s death has had a big impact. But stand strong, everybody!
