Jak Knight, a standup comedian, died at the age of twenty-eight on July 14 in Los Angeles.

Knight was reported dead at 8:33 p.m. He was laying in the middle of an embankment with a bullet by his side and a wound in his head. The cause of his death was reportedly suicide.

Knight has starred in many movies and television shows, including Big Mouth. He was also a writer for the well-known television series black-ish.

Even companies as large as Twitter are expressing their sympathy for Knight’s passing. “He was a brilliant comedian, visionary and artist and we were all lucky to experience his greatness. Our hearts are with Jak’s family, friends, and community during this heartbreaking time,” said Twitter

Overall, Knight was a very charismatic person. Everybody knew that when he was performing, it would be a wild night. “Knight brings so much joy and energy to the stage, he might not even need to be funny—but of course he is,” wrote Timeout Los Angeles.
