Cities in the USA Host the 2026 World Cup

On June 16th 2022, officer Marco Van Basten announced, “In 2026 USA, Mexico, and Canada will host the World Cup (In soccer) including 11 cities in the US, 3 in Mexico, and 2 in Canada.” When this World Cup kicks off USA, Canada, and Mexico will set a world record for the first to host a World Cup with 48 teams (Originally it was 32 Teams) and the first to host a World Cup with 3 nations. The first match will take place in a city that has previously hosted a World Cup final.

The USA, Mexico, and Canada had to go through a bid against Morocco beating them by 69 votes.

Did You Know

Ronaldo and Messi, world-famous soccer players, have ¾ chance of not participating in the 2026 World Cup. The trophy of the 2026 World Cup has already been presented to the media.

America’s captain Christian Pulisic is having severe pressure by the fans because he is trusted to win the World Cup.
