It’s the first day of school for the twins, Henry and Noah. They were excited to start their new adventure and make new friends. But as soon as they got to school, they realized that everyone there was into video games. Unfortunately, their parents don’t allow them to play video games because their family was too poor, which has made it tough for the twins to connect with their classmates. Even though they tried to join in at recess, their efforts were in vain as their classmates just ignored them. It’s not easy being the odd ones out, but Henry and Noah are determined to find a way to fit in and make friends.

One day, Henry and Noah were invited to play a game of hide and seek with the other kids. Henry, Noah, and another kid named Oliver were the hiders and everybody else were the seekers. When the game started, Oliver suggested that they all hide in the forest so the seekers wouldn’t find them. After a few minutes in the forest, Oliver had an appointment so he left. After he left, Henry and Noah soon realized that this was just a prank to get rid of them. So they started heading back home.

Henry and Noah discovered that they were lost and going in circles. Then, suddenly they hear video game music. They see a little cottage in the woods and walk toward it. They see all types of video game consoles and video games of every genre! There are also many laptops, TVs, and everything else you can think of! Henry and Noah had never experienced video games but now they have the chance to play. Besides, they would just play for a few minutes.

They ran into the room and started playing. Minutes turned into hours and then they heard a voice behind them. And when they turned around again, the windows turned into walls and the mysterious man was blocking the door. “You two would do for my new video game. Stay here and keep playing video games. You will be trapped until I release my new very realistic video game,” said the man happily. Henry and Noah didn’t dare say a word. They knew they would be trapped here forever and had to find a way to escape.

Noah looked around the room and spotted a fire extinguisher and had an idea. “At the count of three, run and I will take care of the rest,” whispered Noah. Then, Noah grabbed a fire extinguisher and sprayed the man in the face. That blinded him and the twins dashed out of the door as fast as they could.

As they wandered aimlessly, they heard someone call their name. They quickly ran towards the sound. It was their parents! Turns out, their parents had called the police and Oliver said that they were in the forest. “Where were you?” asked their parents worriedly. “We got lost in the forest, we can tell you the details later” replied the twins.

The twins explained everything that happened and when the police caught the man, the police said, “This man is actually one of the most wanted criminals.” “We will give you the money for turning him in,” said the police. “That’s great” exclaimed the twins’ family at once.

The police let the twins keep all the video games in the cottage and now the twins could fit in with their classmates. Henry and Noah became good friends with all the classmates sharing their story with everyone.
