Germany’s third goalwas also scored in the first half of the game, and it came as a result of a penalty kickawarded when Scotland’s Ryan Porteous was given a red card because of a bad tackle which meant he had to leave the field. Kai Havertz stepped up and scored the penalty to make it 3-0 in favor of Germany. Meanwhile, Scotland continued to play with only ten players.

Again, Niclas Füllkrug scored for Germany, making the score 4-0. Twenty minutes later, Scotland’s Scott Mckenna’s free kick hit German defender Antonio Rudiger’s head.
