Summary of the Movie

Star Wars is a space opera that shows how the Force balances life. In the first episode (The Phantom Menace) it shows the first Sith Lord, Darth Maul; and the Jedi Council is surprised because they think that the last Sith was killed 10 years ago. After Qui Gon Jinn was killed by Darth Maul, Obi Wan Kenobi (played by Alec Guiness), a jedi knight, killed Maul. The council became aware that there was another Sith Lord. The person who is behind this all. In the second episode (Attack of the Clones), there is a group that rebelled from the Republic called The Separatists. This group is led by Count Dooku (Darth Tyranus) and its main goal is to assassinate Senator Amidala, The Queen of Naboo. The council sent Obi Wan to go and find out who Count Dooku sent to kill her and Obi Wan’s padawan, Anakan Skywalker, was sent to protect the Senator. Obi Wan found out that it was a bounty hunter called Jango Fett, but was caught by the Separatists and Anakin and Amidala got caught too. They were sentenced to the Death Penalty but Windu led all the jedi masters to Geonosis, where the death penalty was held. Later, Yoda, the Grandmaster of the Jedi, led a clone army to fight against the droid army. But even after this, Dooku still escaped to a secret base on the planet of Coruscant, where the headquarters of the Republic was. In the third episode (Revenge of the Sith), it explains how the fall of the Jedi began as Anakin Skywalker and the Clone Army betrayed the Jedi and the only survivors were Master Yoda and Obi Wan Kenobi. The fall started when Master Windu was killed by Anakin and Chancellor Palpatine, the leader of the Senate, and therefore Anakin became Darth Vader. Palpatine, also known as Darth Sidious, sent a message to the Clone Army to kill all the Jedi. This was known as Order 66.

Impact after the movie came out

After the movie came out, everyone was crowding the theaters to see it and everyone loved it considering that it was made after the fourth, fifth, and sixth episodes. People were amazed and sad to see the backstory and the fall of the Jedi until there was only one left. Some of my favorite characters were Obi Wan, C3PO, and Anakin Skywalker. My favorite quote was said by Yoda in episode 3. He said, “In a dark place we find ourselves, and a little more knowledge lights our way,”(From The Star Wars movie). I think that these three episodes overall were much better than the previous. But there can still be some improvements: for example, when Yoda faced Sidious and Yoda was clearly much weaker and didn’t avoid the lightning strikes, but Yoda blocked it when he faced Count Dooku. They can improve this by having Yoda blocking the strike with his lightsaber or with the force.
