Young Players at Euro 2024

Euro 2024 always has plenty of great soccer players around the world showing their skills. Among these players, some of them are very young and have a huge age gap from the other players.


Who are some of these young players? First, there is Cole Palmer, who is from England. He is 22 years old and plays the position of midfielder. He is from a club called Chelsea. Cole Palmer had a great debut season with Chelsea last year, scoring a total of 22 goals and providing 11 assists in 33 league games. He also was awarded the Premier League young player of the season award.


Another player is Lamine Yamal who is from Spain. He is only 16 years old and already breaking many records at club and national level. Lamine Yamal is from the club, Barcelona and plays the position of forward. He made his Barcelona debut at the age of 15 and became the youngest goalscorer in La Liga history, aged just 16 years and 87 days.


Arda Guler, from Turkey, is also a young but great player. He is 19 years old and is a midfielder. He comes from the club Real Madrid. Arda Guler has almost broken many records. In fact, people began calling him “Turkish Messi.” He is versatile and can play a number of attacking roles which allowed him to play at Euro 2024.


Netherland’s Xavi Simon is also a great player. He is 21 and playing the position of midfielder. He is from the club RB Leipzig. Xavi has already played for the likes of PSG and Barcelona, where he spent nine years at the famous La Masia youth academy. He also became one of the Spanish club’s most–liked young players.


All of these young players will be at Euro 2024 where their career might take a turn to somewhere better!
