The Euro 2024 is a great opportunity to watch all of the biggest stars in Europe to show their skills this summer. It is also a great chance for all of the young players to display their talent, because their coaches and fans are watching.
Cole Palmer is a Professional English footballer at the age of 22 years old. He is an attacking midfielder, and plays for English Premier League Club Chelsea. Palmer has had an amazing debut season with Chelsea since his move from Manchester City last September. He scored 22 goals and 11 assists in 33 league games with Chelsea, and with that he earned the award of Premier League Young Player of the Season. Palmer scored his first goal with England during his first international match start against Bosnia-Herzegovina in England’s Euro 2024 warm-up friendly earlier this month.
Lamine Yamal plays for Spain as a forward. His club team is FC Barcelona. He is 16 years old and already widely seen as one of the world’s rising talents, breaking all sorts of national and club records. He made his Barcelona debut at the age of 15, and became the youngest goal scorer in La Liga history, aged just 16 years and 87 days. He also set a new record of being the youngest player and scorer for Spain. Spain is playing the finals against England on July 14, 2024 at the Olympiastadion Berlin, in Germany. Lamine is turning 17 years old before the finals.
Arda Guler is a 19 years old Turkish footballer who is a midfielder for Real Madrid. He is also another young star worthy to watch. Because of his skills, he has been given the nickname of “Turkish Messi”. He signed for Real Madrid last year after apparently having beaten off interest from clubs including Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Paris St-Germain. Guler is skilled enough to play several attacking roles and his control and dribbling skills would make him one to watch this summer.
