There were huge groups of fans in the famous Hall H of the San Diego Comic Con waiting to hear more about the new MCU films, also known as Marvel Cinematic Universe. When the fans arrived, they saw a villain from the Fantastic Four comics, Doctor Doom.

Suddenly, someone that was dressed like Doctor Doom revealed himself as actor Robert Downey Jr. Everyone went wild and was so happy. The fans were shocked because he was playing a new role. Downey Jr played the superhero Iron Man in many other Marvel movies.

Talking to the crowd, Downey Jr said: “New mask. Same task. What’d I tell you? I like playing complicated characters.”

Downey Jr’s role, Doctor Doom, is the main enemy for the heroes in the Fantastic Four. The Fantastic Fours movie is coming out next year.

Fantastic Four has in total five movies so far.

The first Fantastic Four book was released in November 1961. Fantastic Four has four main characters. They are Reed Richards known asMister Fantastic, Susan Storm known as the Invisible Woman, her brother Johnny Storm known as the Human Torch, and Benjamin J. Grimm known as the Thing.

It is going to be a great next year for superhero fans since the Thunderbolts movie is coming out in May 2025.

Downey Jr loved acting and started when he was five. When Downey Jr was 27 years old, he got nominated for the Best Actor at the Academy Awards.
