Archana Shivraj, 11 was sitting on her bed on her phone when she heard the news of taylor swift performing in Canada in 2024, 6 years after her latest concert in Canada, 2018.

“I was so shocked,” said Archana Shivraj during a BBC Kids interview.

“I ran into my mom’s room and was like, Taylor Swift is coming! Can we please, please, please

go?”

On August 3rd, Taylor Swift announced the new dates of her international eras tour on her social media account, including six shows at the Rogers Center in Toronto, Canada in November 2024.

Although a lot of swifties have finally got their wish granted, they might have a hard time getting there. The huge demand for tickets and the high price of transportation is a huge problem for some fans.

“A lot of her songs talk about empowerment and how she faced challenges and came out strong, and that just really inspires me,” Elanor says.“ I just love how open she is about her life and mental health,”

It’s no secret that Taylor Swift has one of the biggest and most powerful fandoms in social media.
