In recent years, Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, and Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook, have engaged in public disagreements over the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential impact on society.

The dispute dates back to 2016, when Zuckerberg commented on a video in which Musk called for AI to be regulated before it poses a threat to humanity. Zuckerberg criticized Musk’s comments, stating that AI can be used for many beneficial purposes like improving healthcare and transportation. Since then, Musk and Zuckerberg have continued to publicly criticize each other’s views on AI and its potential impact on society.

Even though some people may think of this lightheartedly, experts warn that this debate could leave a dent in the AI-using community. They also say that AI is worth arguing about because many people have different opinions on different topics. For example, if a virus gets into our AI and commands it to end humanity, it will obey.
