Police say DNA evidence helped them identify a man who killed four women between1980 and 1995. 75-year-old Billy Ray Richardson was arrested in Texas. Police from the Inglewood Los Angeles area traveled to Fort Worth Texas to arrest him. Richardson killed Kari Lenander, Beverly Cruse, and Debra Cruse in 1980. Trina Wilson in 1995. Richardson was charged with four counts of murder on Thursday.

On the night of Ms. Lenander’s murder, she was with her best friend Toni Garfield They two were getting ready for a party and drinking tequila. The girls decided to go hitchhiking. They were picked up by a white van. Lenander’s body was found five hours later. Months before Lenander’s murder, the bodies of Beverly and Debra Cruse were found in an apartment in Los Angles.
