A fine white carpet of magic
Covering every square inch
Of the magnificent land,
So small, like grains of sand,
Yet as fine as silk
Thick blankets of snow
Composed of miniscule flakes
Falling steady and slow
Forming layers like icing from cakes
Throughout the wonderful winter
Incessant snowflakes like glitter
Constantly flutter from the sky
Watching indoors with hot chocolate and a complacent sigh
Snow is truly a wonder of nature
Each with its own unique pattern
Snow may not seem like anything major
But each one is as unique and beautiful as the rings of Saturn
They are each part of the whole
Which is what makes this universe full
of wonders
