Last weekend, my friends and I went to the beach, and it was amazing! We packed our bags with everything we needed—towels, sunscreen, snacks, and beach toys. When we got to the beach, we were so excited. The sun was shining, and the ocean looked so blue and sparkly.

First, we set up our spot with blankets and beach chairs. We decided to build the biggest sandcastle ever. We worked together, digging and piling up sand, and even made a moat around it. It was super fun and looked awesome when we were done. We added some seashells as decorations.

After building the sandcastle, we played a game of beach volleyball. We laughed a lot and had some funny moments when we missed the ball. Then, we all ran to the water and jumped in. The waves were really big, and we had a blast swimming and splashing each other.

We also played frisbee and took turns trying to catch it. My friend caught it in a really cool way by catching it backwards and almost landing in a backbend. We all cheered for her. Later, we had a picnic with chips, fruit, and sandwiches. Eating snacks with the ocean in the background made it even better.
As the sun started to set, we packed up our things. Even though we were tired and a little sandy, we had the best day ever. We talked about how much fun we had and promised to come back to the beach again soon. It was a perfect day with friends that we will always remember!
