American Ninja Warrior is a series of competitions in which Contestants run, jump, crawl, climb, hang, and swing through crazy obstacles as they compete to become the next American Ninja champion. Some crazy ones are people have swing to grasp a ring, then grab the small money bag and hold on to pass.
The rules are easy. You have four minutes to complete the obstacles and also if you fall into the water you will be out. Don’t be alarmed if you will fall. The water is only 5 feet deep.
The game has many obstacles. One is lasso launch. Ninjas must jump a rope (resembling a pair of nunchucks) across four cradles (resembling cows). It is a very challenging one that has made many people fall.
Another one is rollercoaster. Ninjas must ride a bar down a curved track, swing to another bar and repeat the process, and finally jump the bar to a third track when it reaches the end of the second track. Finally, there is the Spinning Log. Contestants need to run across a free spinning log.
Do you want to be a ninja? First, you will need to be a resident of the United States. Second, you have to be at least 15 years old to come to the Qualifying rounds and also be in good health with doing tiring activities.

So always try your best and unleash your inner ninja!
