Joe Biden and Donald Trump went against each other in a presidential debate that took place on June 27th, in Atlanta, Georgia. People are worried about President Biden’s age, which is 81 years old, and how he acted in the debate only made everyone worry more.

In the debate, how President Joe Biden spoke made everyone think he was too old to be president. President Biden rambled, left long pauses, and stumbled over his words, so he couldn’t respond to former President Trump’s claims. Trump made some claims that didn’t have facts, but Biden couldn’t prove they were false. His voice was also raspy because of a cold.

The debate, which was 90 minutes long in Atlanta, was largely about the economy. former President Trump claimed that under his leadership, America had the best economy. President Biden talked about Trump’s conviction, which makes him the first president to have been convicted of a crime. The crime happened from how he paid off a woman secretly to keep silent while he ran for president in 2016.

After the debate, Vice President Kamala Harris said that Biden had a strong finish. However, Biden’s former communications director, Kate Bedingfield, said that Biden’s performance was not enough to make people less concerned about his health. After the debate happened, there have been many discussions about whether Biden is ready to face another term or not.
