COVID-19 Stops Major College Conferences from Playing

The coronavirus has stopped the two major college conferences (Big-10 and Pac-12) from playing all major fall sports.

The colleges in The Big Ten are Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northwestern, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue Rutgers, and Wisconsin.

The colleges in the Pac-12 are, University of Arizona, Arizona State University, Colorado, University of Oregon, Stanford University, UC Berkeley, University of Southern California, University of Washington.

The news of the cancellation was first reported Yesterday  in the Detroit Free Press.

Even though they said that there would be no sports some athletes want there to be sports. After that many people tweeted their thoughts about why there should be college sports. Trump tweeted that college football should go on.
