On Wednesday, June 15, there was a car accident. A 44-year-old mother and her 12-year-old daughter were driving on Santa Clara Street. The mother lost control of the car and hit a tree. As soon as the car hit the tree, it caught on fire! The mother could not get out. They were trapped in the car. When it became too hot for a person to live, they burned too. After that, the police, firefighters, and an ambulance all arrived. But it was too late. They had already passed away. Their family was very dismayed. They cried for hours. The father of the 12-year-old texted her teacher about the incident and the teacher was also devastated. She told the class about it, and they were melancholy.
