Soft, chewy, donuts,

are so delicious.

They can have fillings,

which makes them more scrumptious.

Some have holes in them,

and some do not.

Some are cooled,

and some stay hot.

Donuts can have fillings,

they can vary from nuts to jam.

When you take a bite,

BAM!

Then they get iced or glazed,

but some are left plain.

Then they get sprinkled,

or even glazed again.

Whether you’re happy or sad,

there is never a wrong day.

For you can eat a donut,

whether you study or play!
