The Euro 2024 cup is the main focus for soccer fans currently, where all of Europe’s good and bad teams competes and any country in Europe can enter. One of the most recent matches was England versus Slovenia, which ended in a draw in 0-0.

England just made its way through the knockout phase of the Euro cup, but the match caused fans to boo at the English team. The English Team’s Coach, Gareth Southgate, said he realizes why the fans are jeering at the English team. He also claimed he feels “very proud of the players” for how they are facing the fan’s jeers.

But there is better news for England. England is heading into the knockout stage, and the game’s results allow them to avoid matches with more skilled teams in the knockouts. Germany, Portugal, Spain, and France are all on the draw, so this results with England’s banishment from matches against any of the drawn teams before the finals. England still has to win 3 knockout games to be in the finals of the cup though-the ending 16 match, quarter and semi finals.

The opponent of England is not decided yet, but will be on Wednesday. What is determined is that England will play against one of the four victorious 3rd placed teams from the D, E, or F groups in the last 16. England’s destination for the next competition is already decided, in Gelsenkirchen, Germany next Sunday.
