Rob was very bored. He decided to go to the beach because it was very sunny and hot. The beach on Foot Planet has red sands, and the waves are very rough. He invited a few friends, and they all brought tents, chairs, and a lot of snacks. Rob hopped onto his AutoTaxi and drove to the beach. It wasn’t really crowded there, so they got a spot close to the shore.

“Hey!” Rob greeted his friends. His friend Stanley was there along with Alan and Joe. They all set down their chairs and tents and opened a bag of deodorant chips.

Then they ran out to the shore and went on their surfboards. Soon enough they were pretty far out and they hit a big wave. Rob fell down, and he landed in the water. He did not know that there was another big wave, so that one also knocked him down. He swam back up to the surface for air, but he didn’t see his friends anymore.

Rob also couldn’t see land anymore, so he just started swimming straight. After thirty minutes, he found land. It was the beach where his friends were. So he quickly swam back to the beach, and he spotted his friends.

“Where did you go?” Alan asked.

“You disappeared after you went under that wave,” added Stanley.

“We thought you were dead,” said Joe.

Rob was very tired, and just answered, “I don’t know.”

So they went back to Rob’s house and did some research. They found out that the waves had pushed Rob very far because they did not know that waves on Foot Planet were very rough. Rob was happy they had figured that out.
