Gamers must take a break from screens!

People who play games until the sun leaves the sky will have health problems.

Many children will hear their mothers say, “Stop gaming! It’s bad for your eyes! Stop!” and whine and beg for another hour. However, whether they know it or not, gaming is bad for your eyes and health.。Research from Google has shown that if you play games too much, your health will get worse. These are the signs of GTP, or dGD.

GTP, or GD, means gaming disorder. It causes gamers to start gaming uncontrollably, causing them to skip meals and avoid sleep just to keep on gaming. The effects of GD are hallucinations, which means you see things that aren’t real. If it’s GD, it’s usually health bars above heads. Another is disturbing your sleep. “It was to the point that it interrupted my sleeping patterns,” a teenage boy said. “It felt as if my body went to sleep but my mind was still working. It seems to happen in games with frequent sidekick interaction or a narrator,” a teen told KID NEWS.

So when your mother says, “Get off the PS5!” do it, or your mental health will go down 90 points!
