Harry Potter by JK Rowling teaches us to not judge people by their appearances, what they look like and their actions. This book of action packed adventures tells the story of Harry Potter, who is a wizard that faces many challenges in his goal to beat Voldemort. He was left on the Dursleys doorstep, and not until his eleventh birthday did Harry know that he was a wizard, or that his parents were famous, for when Voldemort targeted their family, while Harry survived.
He then went to a wizarding school (Hogwarts), where he met two unusual friends, Heriome Granger, and Ronald Weasley. While Heriome seemed like a bossy know it all and Ron the smallest son in a poor family, Harry had seen past it and saw that they were good friend material. However, Harry had to face his enemy Malfoy, who had been secretly in line with Voldemort, the dark wizard that had killed his parents.
When Harry arrived at Hogwarts, he was placed in Gryffindor by the sorting hat, same as his friends Heriome and Ron. Harry had talent that he did not know before, as in quidditch, a wizard sport where players fly on brooms and score goals. But Harry sometimes does stuff without thinking about it, he thought that Snape was in line with Voldemort just because he was treating him unfairly and seemed a bit odd, but Snape was actually working in secret with Dumbledor, the headmaster of Hogwarts.
I love this series, how Harry faced many obstacles and fought Voldemort bravely. All the characters with different personalities and traits really Brought this story to life. I recommend reading this book, and give it 5 out of 5 stars. In conclusion, Harry Potter is a really good book, I recommend reading it.
