My life’s at rock bottom
I hold out my hand
Hoping someone will hold it
But no one does
They press a few buttons
And ride up
Surfing on my blood
Sitting on my heartbeat
As you would on a throne
And blowing my soul away
If only I had a diamond heart
If only I had their strength
I wouldn’t be here now
Cast in shadows
While they shine
I cast my dreams aside
So I could ride up with them
But instead
I’m stuck on a Hellevator
Hoping it will rain
So no one can see me cry
