The Holocaust was a tragedy of systematic murder for all Jews. This was done in Europe. This was led by the Nazis. The Nazis carried this brutality because their dictator, Adolf Hitler, blamed all the Jews in Europe for the problems that Germany was facing.
The Holocaust started from 1933 to 1945. 11 million people were killed during the Holocaust, and 6 million of the people were Jews. The population of Jews in Europe in 1933 was around 9 million Jews, but in 1945 the population was around 3 million people. Nazis killed Jews with exhaustion in concentration camps. The Nazis thought that killing by exhaustion was taking too long so the Nazis put Jews in gas chambers that squirted out poisonous gas.
The Holocaust was a huge tragedy.
