If I could change my school, learning would be so much more fun. Some changes could have a good or bad effect (or both). Here are some of the pros and cons of my ideas.

If we had an animal room, all the students would have a chance to learn about and meet all the cute animals. Some of the animals I would want in the animal room are bunnies, cats, dogs, ducks, and pandas! The students could also learn about how to take care of the animals and become responsible animal caretakers. A downside would be if the animals escaped and destroyed school property.

Something that would make getting to each class more fun would be magnetic floating elevators. The elevators would be pulled by magnets, like maglev trains, making them faster and way more fun to get to class. Students sometimes don’t feel like walking all the way to their next class, so they could just take the elevator and still get to class on time. If the magnetic floating elevator broke down or if the student fell off the elevator, then the student would either miss class or get hurt.

If all the classroom walls were electronic screens that you could draw or write on with either a pen or your finger, then it would make teaching for the teachers so much easier. It would also make answering questions on the board/screen so much more fun. The school wouldn’t need to purchase any whiteboard markers or erasers. If the students stared at the electronic screens for a long time, their eyes could be damaged. This would be a negative outcome.

If I made all these changes to my school, then learning would be more fun, but there would have to be more rules set up for the students.
