As the footsteps draw nearer
The faint humming reaches the guards’ ears
A woman with purple hair and round sunglasses
As the guards of the base ready themselves
And prepare to take orders
The next thing they know
They lie on the ground
Lifeless
The intruder’s eyes shine menacingly purple
As she leaves a trace of dark blood petals
Under the fallen guards’ heads
“If you see me alive in this state
I must make sure that you never speak of it
The Dead can’t speak, after all.”
