Beautiful, vibrant, blueberries,
the blue so natural
as if it were extracted
from part of the big blue sky
or a lively body of water.
the berry’s flesh, so filled up;
that even a light tap
causes the moisture to ooze out,
proudly displaying its juicy ripeness,
cushioning the humid summer air,
getting even the busy woodpeckers
to take a whiff of its fresh scent.
Blessed with Mother Nature,
having the sweet yet comforting taste
as if you had just woken up
from a good night’s sleep.
the savoring of one, powerful, berry
better than three Michelin star dishes put together,
worth more than a billion dollars.
Considered as underdogs,
or delicate and smaller than the others,
but its life-changing potential
waiting to be shown into the world
like a firework that explodes, BOOM!
but also shares lessons,
to accept and give chances
to specifically the most doubted.
