Reggie Ray is the fifth person who has been charged for fighting and attempting to attack someone with a chair. He has turned himself into the police and was charged. These brawls have caused huge social media replies and posts.

Mr. Ray’s arrest was delayed because of an investigation into finding the other four people who were involved in the assault. The four people who turned themselves in to the police this week were identified as: Allen Todd, 23; Zachery Shipman, 25; Richard Roberts, 48; and Mary Todd, 21.
