July 2023 – A Lion escaped from Berlin, which police predicts is “ a zoo”.. Helicopters, drones, and night vision goggles were used in the hunt, but now the case has come to a mysterious end as authorities state that the lioness may have been mistaken for something else – a boar.

After experts viewed the footage, they all came to the same conclusion.

“We think that this photo probably shows a wild boar,” said Michael Grubert, the mayor of Kleinmachnow.

Even with the uncertainty, officers are still thrashing through towns, hoping to find this “lioness,” Officials claim that more than 100 police officers were equipped with riot gear, thermal imagining cameras, and at least one armored vehicle.

As police officers resumed their search for the boar with the assistance of a team from a local zoo, warnings on the internet continued to urge residents to remain inside their homes. Together they approached forested areas with tranquilizer guns prepared to shoot the big cat on command.

“The atmosphere was quite tense,” Uda Bastians, a resident of Kleinmachnow, said in an interview. “There weren’t many people in the street, and the people you met, everyone was a bit afraid.”

However, the search takes too long, and citizens are growing impatient.

Neighbors who typically walk their dogs outside take them walking in their gardens instead.

Officers have also considered calling off the search after seeing a family of wild boars in the forest.
