If I were a vegetable, I would be a mushroom and I would be made into mushroom and meat stir fry. In mushroom and meat stir fry, the most popular meat used is flank steaks. However, you can also use sirloin steak, skirt steak, Denver steak, or even beef chuck. Beef chuck steak is the most economical choice, but it does require some extra trimming and you’ll want to remove the tough tissue from the steaks before stir frying.
The way you would make that dish is whisk the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, and red pepper flakes then use a medium bowl until combined. Then put that into a container and then put it on the refrigerator for up to five days to marinate the meat.
When your meat is done marinating start chopping one scallion and smash one ginger and chop both. When it’s about time to stir fry then set up all your ingredients before you start then adding all your mushrooms, flank steaks, rice, scallions, and ginger. Don’t forget to add sesame oil, soy sauce, and chicken powder.
