NASA is now going to join the controversial search for extraterrestrial life forms out in space and is also going to look into finding any UFOs.
NASA has chosen to go into this hunt for UFOs as the National Defense has brought up this topic in front of Congress, and they believe that this would be a “High-risk, high-impact ” that as controversial as it is, should be done as the pros outweigh the cons. NASA also adds that they would be able to put a scientific perspective on this search.
There have been over 140 reports that started it all, many of them from naval aviators, and no one truly knows what they are. NASA says that while they may not be doing this for national security, they believe that this could help better the field of science and that this is also a field in which astrophysics is applied.
While many others disregard that looking into this type of science is considered fake and branching to unreal science, NASA thinks that this matter is important to spend some time looking at this issue. NASA also states that they will look into this to help solve what many service members have encountered in the sky, and finally try to decipher what these UFO sightings mean.
