Star Wars fans know Princess Leia and, if they paid enough attention, her dress from the end of A New Hope. The dress was supposed to be sold the week of June 26 for roughly $2 million. The problem? The last bid was for $975,000, which is $1,025,000 below the minimum price of $2,000,000.

The costume was thought to have been stolen before supposedly being destroyed. Luckily, the Star Wars fan community managed to reveal that the dress was still around.

Although the costume was covered in dust and a bit beaten up when it was found, it was restored to its original condition before the auction.
