Procrastination is a devil’s curse,

A problem that most people can relate.

A problem that only seems to get worse,

The more you push it to a later date…

Today is not the day to begin this,

It looks like there is still a lot of time.

Day by day this assignment I dismiss,

Guilt builds up, as if committing a crime.

Can’t help it when motivation’s all lost,

All you want to do is relax and sleep.

Unless you have a wish to pay the cost,

Then you should suck it up and take that leap.

The only solution is to just start,

Because procrastinating is not smart.
