I’m just that sweater
Pick me up, throw me out
Shove me in a closet to forget about
But when the cold weather comes
and your hoodie’s in the wash
you dig me up and try to look posh
You friends walk by and stare me down
they laughed say they’re better
But I am just that sweater.
Your hoodie is now clean again
So off the hook I am,
Instead in a closet crammed.
