Quincy Wilson’s run in the men’s 400-meter run was great at the Olympic Track and Field Trials in Oregon this Sunday. He got a time of 44.59 seconds at just 16 years old, getting the fastest time for someone under 18. He also broke his own record of 44.66 seconds which he had set the day before.

Quincy, who goes to Bullis High School, is a very fast runner. He is good at pushing his limits, which is why he can beat even older athletes. In the semifinals, he went from fifth to third place in the last part of the race, which proves his ability to push his limits.

He got a good time because of his coach Joe Lee’s help and by his willingness to train. His coach’s advice and his hard work is the reason he recorded such a good time. His training schedule is intense sprinting and strength exercises. As he prepares for the final race, he is focused and ready to win.

Wilson’s win is also from his mental strength and how mature he is. Since he can handle both high school life and competitive athletics, this shows how much mental strength he has because he doesn’t have that much stress, according to the news. He wins because of his mental strength and determination

Monday’s final is the biggest race of his life. The location is yet to be announced but he has a chance to win. His journey is a testament to his determination. As he prepares for the final, Wilson is prepared to win.
