We are now accepting submissions from students participating in The Journal Summer Bootcamp.
Winners will be announced on August 31, 2024.
PRIZES:
- Three winners will be selected in each age group (under 12, and 13+).
- First Place: $100
- Second Place: $75
- Third Place: $50
- 5 Honorable Mentions will be selected in each age group ($25 prize each)
RULES & GUIDELINES:
- Submissions are accepted until Sunday, August 18 at 11:59pm PST. Late submissions will not be considered.
- The summer competition is ONLY open to students participating in The Journal Summer Bootcamp.
- One submission is allowed per student.
- Submissions must have been written during The Journal Summer Bootcamp as part of the daily bootcamp assignments. No outside work will be considered.
- No plagiarized or AI-generated writing will be considered.
