Scooter is a dog who won the 2023 ugliest dog contest. The contest was located in Petaluma, California. Scooter is a very unusual dog. Scooter has no fur on his body and has only some spiky hair on his head. Scooter tongue often sticks out, and it looks very goofy. Also, his legs are curved. This dog is a Chinese crested dog.

The owner, Linda Elmquist, who adopted Scooter, is surprised how Scooter looked when she first saw him. Although Scooter is very different from other dogs, Scooter is very friendly.
