Reading Labs

Welcome to Writing Labs! (Gr. 6-8)

So just as our Reading Labs focus on one particular skill in order to make you more effective readers, the Writing Labs serve the exact same function, but for writing! Yes, you need to be a better reader in order to be a better writer, but nothing can replace the process of writing itself. There are no shortcuts! (Sorry, guys…)

That is where Writing Labs come in. Every other week, the lovely Ms. Stephanie Jennis will be walking us through engaging activities and exercises to hone in on a specific aspect of writing! Scroll down to see what skill we’re workshopping first:

The first writing lab will be held on Tuesday, November 8th @ 7:30pm ET. Please note that Writing labs are Member-Only!
